Incubation Lab and Reaching Out
As an incubation lab for educational innovations, ETMA studies ground situation, watchesglobal developments, innovates new solutions to educational problems with focus on quality. It tries out innovations, refine, process and package innovations in quality education. It reaches out to students, parents, teachers and principals. ETMAdocuments, packages and promotes such innovations as R&D support to governments, institutional networks, educational service providers and CSR systems that have larger outreach in education for greater impact.

Research and Consultancy
ETMA supports network of educational institutions through well-designed interventions in achieving quality education through cost-effective management techniques.
Experts in ETMA has undertaken consultancy assignments commissioned by various national and international agencies like, GESCI, Intel, UNICEF, UNESCO, KPMG, GS&HSEB, and many others. Experts have experience of conducting large-scale national level programme and project evaluation.

Educating the 3rd Child
ETMA provides scholarships @Rs.500 per month to brilliant students from very poor families for grades XI & XII to protect them from dropping out andgetting lost. This scholarship also recognizes their determination and mettle to overcome barriers. Brilliance is determined by their performance in the 10th board examination in vernacular medium; and poverty through per-capita income and expenditure of the family, living conditions, study facilities, etc.
ETMA promotes PSR- Personal Social Responsibility encouraging individuals to contribute to educate the ‘3rd Child’. Our sponsors are Teachers/Professors, Housewives, Artists, Advocates, Civil Servants, Management Consultants, IT Professionals, and others. A donor pays in multiples of Rs.10,000 which is deposited in a bank; each scholar opens a bank account. The scholarship amounts are transferred every quarter through bank accounts without any administrative

Padma Bhushan Prof. P.V. IndiresanA technologist, an outstanding teacher and the Former Director of IIT Madras, Prof. Indiresan is an Honorary Member of the prestigious Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers, USA; the pioneer of many reformist ideas including PURA.
Prof. M.M. PantAn Information Scientist of distinction, he has served at IIT Kanpur and IGNOU in senior positions. Ideation, development and delivery of educational products, processes and services for the next generation learning space is his passion.

Prof. S.P. MalhotraProf. Malhotra was the Dean of Academic Affairs at Kurukshetra University and National Fellow at NUEPA. He has been a teacher educator and author of research papers and books in education.
Shri Samphe LhalungpaShri Lhalungpa represents UNICEF in Turkmenistan and was earlier Chief of Education of UNICEF New Delhi. He was responsible for overseeing UNICEF's education programme in India. With early education in Indian schools, he had his further studies in UK and Canada.
