ICTCE will create an informed discourse and recommend ways to integrate ICT in education to create ICT Culture in Education to enhance outreach and improve quality of education at all levels through

• 6 policy level statements in inauguration and valediction;
• 40 presentations in eight expert panels;
• 48 paper presentations;
• 3 roundtables of 50 to 75 participants each;
• 8 presentations by sponsor of their educational programmes, materials and solutions; and
• Network time to build carry home relationships.
