Former Director of NIEPA, Chairman of CABE Subcommittee on School Education; consulted by UNICEF, UNESCO, USAID, British Council, INTEL, Microsoft, etc. Marmar trained principals and teachers from India and abroad. His books on Leadership and TQM enjoy global readership.





Dr. Mrs. Kailash Khanna

A distinguished teacher educator and mentor of the budding university teachers.  Former Head of Department of Education, Lady Irwin College (Delhi University) worked for more than 35 years in capacity building of pre service and in service teacher education.She is regularly consulted by CBSE, NIOS, IGNOU and other major national educational institutions.





Sri Amit Kaushik

Amit (Vice-Chairman, ETMA Council) 

Amit is an independent consultant  and former Director in the MHRD (GOI). He has been consulted by   UNICEF and UNESCO. He has been involved in Indian educational policy making. He has led several school networks.





Prof. Madhu Parhar

Madhu (Founder Member, ETMA Trust)

Professor of Distance Education, IGNOU. She has been consulted by UNESCO, CEMCA, NIOS, CIET-NCERT and many other organizations. One of the reputed instructional design scientists in India. Madhu offered many training programmes on IT Skills and ICT integrated education.

Founder of PlanetEdu and former Pro-Vice Chancellor of IGNOU, Pant is an information scientist of distinction; he has been involved in several ICT Policy initiatives in India. His passion is education of the Facebook Genration.





Prof. V. S. Raju

Raju (Member, ETMA Council)

Former Director of IIT, Delhi and Professor and Dean at the IIT, Madras, Raju specialises in Civil Engineering and consulting in Geo-technical engineering. Associated with several social organizations, Raju has deep engagement in social activities.





Prof. Jaya Indiresan

Jaya (Member, ETMA Council)

Former Head (Higher Education) in NIEPA and an author; she is a leading exponent of women empowerment with several major research and development projects to her credit; she has also worked on campus diversity. Former Visiting Professor to Manitoba University is spearheading the movement of empowerment of women leaders in education under the aegis of UGC.





Dr. Rajesh Acharya

A distinguished Neurosurgeon, he is a Professor and Senior Consultant at Sir Ganga Ram Institute of Post-graduate Medical Education and Research, New Delhi. He has published several research papers in various international journals.





Dr. Subhash Chander

Subhash(Member, ETMA Council)

Assistant Professor, Department of Education, Lady Irwin College, Delhi. He has done his Ph.D. in inclusive education with an emphasis on science education and visual impairment. He teaches educational technology. He is actively involved and associated in various projects funded by UNESCO, MHRD and ETMA.

A practicing management and leadership specialist, Amitava is Principal of BVB’s R.K. Sarda Vidya Mandir, Raipur. He has rich experience of teaching and management in Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Lawrence School, Sanawar, Vidya Devi Jindal Schools.

Prof. Marmar Mukhopadhyay

Marmar

Prof. Marmar Mukhopadhyay is one of the best known educational thinkers in contemporary India. Former Director of NIEPA and Chairman of National Open School; Vice President of ICDE, (Oslo); Member of the Steering Committee of IMAGE (Washington DC), he is Director and Chairman of Educational Technology and Management Academy, Gurgaon.

He has been involved in Indian educational policy making and planning at the highest level since 1986. He was chairman of the CABE sub-committee on Universalization of Secondary Education. He is the author of India’s ambitious educational satellite, EDUSAT. He has been member of various Working Committees on education of the Planning Commission. Mukhopadhyay represented India in many important international forums.

Prolific author, Mukhopadhyay has authored/edited many books and papers. He has produced/directed 30 documentaries and educational films. His books, Total Quality Management in Education (Sage) rendered into several Indian languages and Leadership for Institution Building in Education are of direct interest to heads of Institutions. His forthcoming title, ICT Integrated Blended Learning Design is of great value to schools and colleges. Some of his important titles are: Open Schooling: Selected Experience (COL, Vancouver), Education in India: Dynamics of Development (Shipra), Value Development in Higher Education (Viva), Educational Technology: Knowledge Assessment, Story of EDUSAT, etc. He is also producer of Interactive Video Course on CCE.

Mukhopadhyay has been consulted by CBSE, British Council, USAID, UNESCO, UNICEF, The World Bank, Commonwealth of Learning, IBM, Intel, GESCI, KPMG, Institute of Human Settlement, ISRO, NIIT, and others.

He has traveled all over the world on professional assignments, e.g. UK, France, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Canada, China, Thailand, Philippines, Middle East countries.

Mukhopadhyay, an NRV (Non-resident Villager) anchors himself in his rural community experimening with policy implementation and educational quality. His successful experiment in quality improvement in rural West Bengal was flagged by Government of India in the HLG meeting in Brazil. His ICT intervention in Udang received extensive coverage in western news media.

Sabyasachi Panja

Panja (1)Mr. Sabyasachi Panja is a Graphic Designer in ETMA. He has a flair for analyzing functionalities of rich media software pitching in salient features and executing assignments as per the clients’ satisfaction. He is having an extensive experience in Graphic & Visual Design for more than 13years. He worked as a consultant and visualizer with some of the corporate organizations like Integrated Bio Pixel Pvt. Ltd. He also worked as freelance designer for NIEPA, NIOS, NCERT, IGNOU, and others. He has proficiency in grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing the same in a productive manner.

Kakali Hazra

Kakali HazraMs. Kakali Hazra, is the Chief Organizer of Howrah Rural Teacher’s Forum (HRTF), collaborating organization of ETMA. She is a qualified professional with M.A. B.Ed. She heads the experimental elementary school, Sri Aurobindo Sishu Siksha Kendra engaged in Integral Education run by HRTF in collaboration with ETMA. She also spearheads women’s development activities in HRTF through Self-help Group of more than 600 members.
